APPLICLUE
Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information involved when you visit AppliClue or email us. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Who to contact
AppliClue operates appliclue.com. For privacy questions or requests, write to info@appliclue.com.
Information involved in a visit
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site and may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and security signals, to serve and protect it. Search and filters on this static site work in your browser; there is no user account or on-site contact form. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when its protections are triggered.
Optional Google Analytics
If you choose Accept in the analytics notice, the site loads Google Analytics 4. It measures visits and page use with information such as page URLs, approximate location, device and browser details, and pseudonymous identifiers. GA4 may set first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<id>. We use this information to understand site use and improve the index. We do not load the Google Analytics tag before your affirmative choice. Declining analytics does not limit access to the site. We do not use advertising tags.
Your choice and storage
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. Use the Cookie settings control in the footer to change or withdraw that choice. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics on this site; it does not automatically erase data already processed by Google. You can also clear site storage and cookies in your browser.
When you email us
A message to info@appliclue.com includes the address you send from and any information you choose to include. Messages are forwarded to a Google-hosted mailbox for handling. We use them to answer you, review corrections, and keep a record where needed to resolve the matter. Avoid sending serial numbers or sensitive personal information.
Purpose, basis, and retention
For visitors covered by the GDPR, optional analytics relies on your consent. Site delivery and security, and responding to messages, rely on our legitimate interests in operating the service and handling requests. We keep contact messages only as long as needed for these purposes and any applicable recordkeeping or dispute needs. Our Google Analytics 4 property is set to retain user-level and event-level data for two months. The user-data period does not reset when a visitor returns. This retention setting is separate from the lifetime of analytics cookies in your browser.
Other sites and service providers
Cloudflare delivers the site; Google provides optional Analytics and the mailbox used for correspondence. These providers may process information in other countries under their applicable policies and safeguards. A link to a manufacturer’s site or PDF takes you away from AppliClue, where that site’s own privacy terms apply.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive personal data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. Contact info@appliclue.com to make a request. If the GDPR applies, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
